Be empowered by being informed because animal rights groups posing as animal welfare may use animal control officers to confiscate dogs and other hobby livestock.

First, be direct but courteous to the Law Enforcement Officers and make sure to get the names of several that have the “what are we doing here” look about them. These may be subpoenaed to witness for you.

Demand to see a search warrant. Check the dates and signatures on any warrant presented to you. Ensure you get a copy of the warrant.

If the search warrant isn’t signed, has the wrong address, wrong county, wrong date, wrong name, etc. it is invalid and you can demand the officers leave your property immediately.

The warrant must indicate exactly what is to be searched and what items the search is attempting to find. “A warrant must describe the specific place to be searched and person or things to be seized 'with particularity sufficient to prevent 'a general, exploratory rummaging in a person's belongings.'" United States v. Rude , 88 F.3d 1538, 1551 (9th Cir.1996) (quoting Coolidge v. New Hampshire , 403 U.S. 443, 467, 91 S.Ct. 2022, 2038-39, 29 L.Ed.2d 564 (1971)); see also Andresen v. Maryland , 427 U.S. 463, 480, 96 S.Ct. 2737, 2748, 49 L.Ed.2d 627 (1976).

Keep a pocket copy of the ii The Constitution of the United States and the ii Amendments to the Constitution of the United States  on your person or always handy.

Inform the Officers that they are violating your God given constitutionally protected rights.

If things go south you may need to prove the constitutional arguments above using "case law" which is based on court rulings. I've compiled the Federal and U.S. Supreme Court rulings which are admissible in every state.

• Do not give permission for anyone to enter your property.

• Do not sign any release of your property rights (your animals/livestock)

• Demand an inventory and receipt for all property taken and ensure the inventory is detailed and accurate.

• Do not plead guilty, “always plead not guilty and demand a jury trial”.

(Your refusal to plead guilty causes the District Attorney to expend more taxpayer money, raising budgetary concerns, and the DA might back off and drop charges.)

#1  Be able to quote the names of the three federal and three U.S. Supreme Court rulings from memory.

#2  Make a written summary of these six court rulings and make five copies of the Title 18 USC 2381 and 2384 Capitol Felony Treason paperwork along with the Title 18 USC Section 241 Collusion to violate rights and Section 242 Violation of rights under the color of law.

#3  Take all of these copies with you at your first trial appearance. As soon as the Judge asks if you understand the charges and are ready to proceed, answer “I comprehend Your Honor but I’d like to make a motion to dismiss based on the legal information included in these documents (here) and I would like to have this marked as defense exhibit "A" if the DA attempts to proceed with this violation of my God-given Constitutionally protected rights.”

#4  Provide a copy to the district attorney and the judge. If you trust your lawyer you may provide him with a copy prior to this but if you have even a shadow of a doubt about him then do not give him a copy until you are giving the copies to the judge and DA.

#5  Then sit back and watch the show as they attempt to figure out what the hell just hit them!

#6  Just remember, at this point, never plead to anything and never compromise. They may try to drag you back to court many times attempting to intimidate you and scare you into pleading but once the federal and Supreme Court rulings are marked as evidence the DA’s case is destroyed and all the power belongs to you.

#7  After charges are dropped and/or you are found not guilty, file a lawsuit against all organizations that were involved in the case against you.

As an American gamecock farmer who speaks with and to other animal owners of all species, we must all realize that seizing our animals and harassing our hobbies should be considered as a way of attempting to enforce the unconstitutional animal rights laws which are being used to subjugate the American people.

We would all be advised to take a lesson from history - Adolf Hitler used the same type of animal right's laws to destroy human rights and force communism on the people of Nazi Germany.
