HSUS OFF AND RUNNING IN 2013

Congress, those who are above “lobbying” payoffs, are looking into HSUS non-profit status and IRS tax filings.

Mr. Pacelle boasted on his BLOG that: "In 2012, the HSUS helped pass 74 new laws and regulations... and helped to defeat more than 100 harmful measures... We're going to work even harder this year."

There is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Pacelle and the HSUS will be working "even harder this year." Likewise, I, like a junk-yard dog, will be keeping pace with the HSUS and Mr. Pacelle who apparently does not appreciate my unrelenting efforts to highlight to Justice Department Attorneys and to Senior Officials in the IRS and the Treasury Department the failure of the HSUS to comply with the U.S. Tax Code and the Lobbying Disclosure Act.

I must be getting under the skin of Mr. Pacelle because he sent me an E-Mail and described me as being "dishonest," "not an honorable person," and "hostile to animal welfare." And I 'm sure he was not pleased with my response to his libelous statements when I asked him if the HSUS was more hostile to animal welfare than I am because I contribute a higher percent of my annual income to local shelters than the percent of annual HSUS revenue that the HSUS sends to local Shelters!!!

Perhaps that is why the HSUS Senior Director for Research and Investigations stated in a November E-Mail that: "We are very familiar with Frank Losey and are interested in anything you think is important for us to know." And perhaps that is why the HSUS made me the subject of a 2012 Freedom of Information Act Request that it submitted to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. I must confess that I am musing to myself the dilemma of the HSUS that does not know what to do with a problem like Frank Losey who does not breed, raise, sell or show any type of dogs or animals.

I recognize that so many caring breeders are frustrated with the thought and belief that there may be no stopping the HSUS. However, progress is being made. Yes, I know it is not fast as all would like it to be, but allow me to review how far we have come before I address what more needs to be done in 2013 to grease the path of the HSUS into the IRS Slaughter House.

1. Since I began the Spay and Neuter the HSUS program a total of 14 Members of Congress, who are still in Congress today, have contacted the IRS or the Treasury Department at least once to express the concerns of their constituents about the excessive lobbying activities of the HSUS, which excessive activities by a public charity violate the U.S Tax Code.

2. I have received confirmation that several of the above referenced 14 Members of Congress are not pleased with the IRS review process and oversight of lobbying abuses by public charities, and they plan to do more than "monitor" the situation in 2013.

3. I anticipate that the number of Members of Congress who have contacted the IRS will continue to grow in 2013, as it has for each of the past three years.

4. As a result of documentation that I submitted to the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, the Humane Society Legislative Fund (HSLF), the Self-Described Lobbying Arm of the HSUS, registered itself as a "Lobbying Organization" on February 29, 2012, and BACKDATED its effective date to January 1, 2011. Why did the HSUS delay registering its "Lobbying Arm" as a Lobbying Organization for nearly 8 years and then, out of the blue, register it, unless it was "pressured" to do so?!?!? The HSUS "Blinked" in 2012, and I plan on turning the eyelashes of the HSUS into flapping humming bird wing "Blinks" in 2013!!!

And to force the HSUS to begin "BLINKING" faster and faster in 2013, I have issued a Call to Action, which could set the stage for greater Congressional Oversight of the lobbying abuses of public charities, such as the HSUS, if Members of Congress send Congressional Inquiries to the IRS Commissioner.

In addition to the first 2013 Call to Action, I have also launched a new Website that may be accessed by using the following link: www.memoryofchaucer.com This Website is still a work in progress, but if you log onto it and click the "Call to Action" Link, it will take you to the suggested text to send to your two U.S. Senators and to your U.S. Representative. Please take the time not only to send the suggested E-Mails, but encourage your family, relatives and friends from all over the U.S. to do the same. And yes, yes, yes, send the E-Mails even to the Members of Congress who you believe are diehard supporters of the HSUS. And stick to the script, which asks a simple question:

"If lobbing in support of the passage of 1,000 laws does not exceed the threshold for "too much lobbying" for a public charity, how many more laws than 1,000 does it take to exceed the "too much lobbying" limitation?"

Most Members of Congress do not realize just how prolific of a lobbying organization the HSUS is. That is why this Call to Action is short, direct and to the point. And if it generates an increasing number of Congressional Inquiries to the IRS Commissioner, it may open a flood gate that will figuratively drown the HSUS. Please help to make this happen by responding to this Call to Action.

I "ended the year" on December 26, 2012 by sending off two letters, which cumulatively included over 500 pages of incriminating documents. One was addressed to the Government's Integrity Committee which is located in the FBI Headquarters Building. The second was sent to the Washington DC FBI Field Office. Then, to stay a step ahead of the HSUS Cover-Up of its Lobbying Activities, on January 17, 2013, I entered the "Fast Lane" with a Letter to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia which includes an incredibly incriminating Quote from Mr. Pacelle: "For as long as I have been spending time on Capitol Hill and advocating for the HSUS and its Concerns (18 years)." Mr. Pacelle is becoming the "Gift that Keeps on Giving" me the Powder to blow the deceptive cover of the HSUS "Sky High! And with the help of hopefully thousands who respond to my Call to Action that is found at www.memoryofchaucer. com the "Day of Reckoning" for the HSUS will be accelerated! Please find the time to respond to the Call to Action - - no more than 15 minutes - - to help in the effort to persuade the IRS to lead the HSUS into its Slaughter House for "Tax Cheats!"

ASPCA SETTLEMENT IN FELD (RINGLING BROTHERS) LAWSUIT: I'll be posting on www.memoryofchaucer.com my analysis of why the ASPCA bought its way out of the Lawsuit for $9.3 Million, and why potentially bad things may come to the HSUS. I also will be posting a copy of a check that was signed by Mr. Pacelle, which suggests that the HSUS was "laundering" money that was used by the HSUS to pay a "witness" who the Federal Judge determined was not a credible witness!!!!! Sooooooo, if the HSUS has "laundered" money to pay a witness, has it also unlawfully "laundered" its lobbying activities?!?!? "Inquiring Minds Want to Know!!!
