HORSE SORING"Big Lick" Gait
The pain and cruelty a horse must endure from soring to get the desired "big lick" gait.
Most people would agree with Dr. John Haffner, DVM, BSA of the Middle Tennessee State University who says the "Big Lick" racket and gait "Is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses. It is a pain induced gait." The video below shows the result, not the cruelty it took to get the horse to perform.
