The TFT is a smart compact athletic little dog. A head with correct proportion and
angles, combined with the Toy Fox Terrier’s well balanced body and
short, well set tail makes him a very handsome pet for any family. He is
quick to learn, driven to hunt, and most of all, a very loyal little dog
with the heart of a lion. The Toy Fox Terrier has the temperament of a
comic and the cleanliness of a cat. Very little grooming is needed, just
an occasional bath, nail trim and like all small breeds, a teeth
cleaning. The TFT is not hyper but loves to play and is a
self-exerciser. Health issues are minimal although like in any toy
breed, patellas can be an issue. 
If you
love the outdoors, this athletic little dog will match you step for step
and keep you laughing as they hunt everything from crickets to
squirrels! He adores well-mannered children and will entertain them for
hours. This breed is quietly where you are, knows your every thought,
and is sure to be your under-the-covers dog. Playful and active well
into the teen-years, Toy Fox Terriers have a contagious zest for life that makes you feel good! Well muscled, not delicate,
he’s a lady’s lap dog but his clean racy lines, high gloss finish, low maintenance and top
acceleration make him easy to drive – and to love.
