As AKC Parent Club, our goal is to maintain the genetic purity of the Coton de Tulear. USACTC, Inc., encourages our members who are breeding to;

Preserve the breed by breeding to breed standard.
Follow all health testing requirements.
Breed to better the breed.

When you are ready to add a new member to your family, do your homework, ask the breeder what health testing is required and what health testing has been performed on the dam/sire of your new puppy. Accept only the best.
