Video of the speech delivered on the House floor by Kansas Senator Jerry Moran (R) in which he stated “USDA is catering to HSUS” by “precluding input from the agricultural community it is supposed to promote.” He sums up the collusion by stating “It is clear the Dept. Of Agriculture is catering to an outside organization instead of relying on the advice of animal scientists.”
