Where did Animal Rights start?
How
did PETA get startup funding? What about HSUS?
What do Animal Rights have to do the 70's peace movement?
Is it a conspiracy or
only an accident that Animal Rights have gained so
much legislative control over the individual
rights and freedoms of Americans? How do
Animal Rights leaders know which politicians can be
most easily influenced by campaign contributions
and votes? Is there reason to believe
that radical animal rights leaders are encouraged by foreign
interests and cash flow?
Many law-makers count on
powerful support
from animal-related lobbying groups (ref #1).
Accountability is difficult because not-for-profit
organizations can legally keep closed books and even
the best investigators can't dig deep enough to
uncover the thousands of $25 donations that fill
campaign coffers. The California poultry
industry was virtually shut down by animal rights
funding to the right politicians for the right vote
(ref #2).
And then there's the overpopulation myth. As
mandatory spay-neuter laws sweep the country, it makes you
wonder how many local politicians are funded by
local veterinarians?
More obviously profiteering is
the HSUS veterinarian's association (ref #3)
promoting spay-neuter clinics and neutering for non-profit shelters
is profitable.
Is that why so many city and county officials say
citizens have no right to own a sexually intact dog
unless they pay for a special license? Tell
that to my neighbor who believes his hog
dogs work better with “all their equipment.”
When Did Animal Rights Become Civil Extortion?
Why
should anyone who already pays city and county taxes pay the
dog catchers separately? Did politicians get the idea of selling protection from
watching mob movies? What else would a prosecutor
call breed specific permits, intact dog permits,
special permits for certain breeds... How can
it be illegal to own a particular breed and then suddenly
it is deemed legal when the owner buys a special
permit? And why should hobby
breeders pay higher city or county fees than
pet shops or puppy mills pay for a business license?

How did PETA get started?
Who backed two obscure people?
What about ALF and HSUS? Think how veganism, animal rights and
secular law has usurped our God-given rights
and changed America.
Unless and until we see this as a
Constitutional issue, dog owners are barking up the
wrong tree. |
Legalized extortion, that’s all it is. It’s a
racket that’s come out in the open. Where
politicians once kept secret their ties to political
groups masquerading as “animal welfare advocates”,
they are so emboldened today that they proudly proclaim affiliation with
“animal rights” groups! Check it
out and decide for whom you will vote in the next
election. Remember, politicians should not
have to be paid to
support good legislation. Lobbyists have
turned our political system into a sham.
Animal cruelty laws already
exist at local, state, and federal levels. The
Animal Welfare Act just needs to be
enforced. Whoops,
the snag in our system
is that Legislators don’t get paid to enforce the laws they
get paid to pass.
PETA
Founder Ingrid Newkirk's history begins during the
turbulent 70s when she spearheaded legislation for a
Washington D.C. spay/neuter clinic. Co-founder
Alex Pacheco's public history also begins in the 70s
as an animal activist, campaigning against leghold
traps. One of his mentors was Cleveland
Armory, founder of Fund For Animals (FFA) before
Pacheco went undercover in the monkey lab case.
So where
did PETA get their start-up money? No one had
heard of George Soros and other dissident
"Progressives" back then but they existed. It took a BIIGGG bankroll to
print and mail millions of booklets showing the
Silver Spring monkeys with open skulls filled with
electrodes inserted by evil American scientists. Incorporated in VA in 1980, PETA took off like a
rocket. Even so, it took huge political pull
for PETA to so quickly
infiltrate our schools with "teaching materials"
and no one seems to know how PETA got into the Encyclopedia Britannica
when most Americans had not yet heard of it?
The
Politics Of Veganism,
Freedom, and Animal Rights
How could
veganism be a successful
platform in a country founded by meat
eaters, hunters, and farmers? We became
Americans by fighting for our individual RIGHTS so
how could we give up the right to own animals?
If you ever wondered why and how such blatantly subversive political groups got
started, consider this.
Political/cultural penetration of the United
States was a prioritized goal of the Soviet Union
after its 1968 invasion of Czechoslovakia. Offering
somewhat benign assistance in the form of printed
literature, printing press time, signs, flags,
banners and other paraphernalia for demonstrations
and propaganda, Soviet operatives penetrated
organizations whose members were in many cases the
wayward sons and daughters of the North American
elite. Anti-establishment
groups flourished in the 70’s - the Weather Underground,
Viet Nam Veterans Against The War , etc.
Within that framework, PETA was chartered (in
England) and although it denies ties with the
Animal Liberation Front (ALF) and ELF
(Environmental Liberation Front) PETA has given both
groups large financial grants.
ELF is at
the top of the FBI’s domestic terrorists list.

PETA
is a subversive vegetarian, animal rights (not
welfare) organization that
reported $32 million in donations for 2009. But PETA
doesn’t compare to the Humane Society Of The U.S.
(HSUS) which raked in $100 million, and then there’s
the ASPCA, etc. Politicians eagerly accept their
“share” of the donations from animal lovers.
Without millions ($billions in today's economy) no
such legislative group
can succeed. Has the
Civil Liberties Union ever challenged PETA or HSUS?
Just asking... Call
it lobbying or call it payoffs, animal protection
groups are the perfect warm, fuzzy front for
anti-American political interest groups that
chip away at our inherent rights and the civil
rights we for which we fought and continue to defend
around the world. Amazing when you stop to think
about it!
You’ve
seen the HSUS and ASPCA television commercials and
full color magazine ads -
paid for by tax-exempt public donations which are
used to fund more solicitations with which to
persuade politicians to support their anti-American
crusade to incrementally strip away our personal freedom.

2 cents on the dollar is spent rescuing animals or
supporting shelters. We know that, but John Q.
Public does not. The Fur Commission (ref
5), as one of PETA's primary targets, has fought
the PETA and Animal Rights agenda. Where are the
counter-ads from AKC? Where is the success of
AKC’s
PAC? Why isn’t AKC/CHF soliciting?
Animal
Rights Law Is A Goldmine
So much so that top law
universities offer courses which lean heavily
towards Animal Rights. Animal rights
advocate Gary Francione is a professor of law at
Rutgers School of Law, Newark. He loves PETA,
dubs them as
the "new welfarists," pointing out PETA works with
industries to achieve incremental reform.
Right, everyone is grabbing a
shovel to mine their share of free money and
fortune.
That
leaves citizen groups struggling to find older lawyers who
remember the 14th Amendment which
specifies in part - “No State shall
make or enforce any law which shall abridge the
privileges or immunities of citizens of the United
States; nor shall any State deprive any person of
life, liberty, or property…”
Animals are property. They are not
children, fur-kids, or any other sentient being that
comes under protective laws. Horse, cow, chicken or
dog; they are by law private property.
Unless and until animal ownership groups
include Constitutional scholars and attorneys, we
haven’t a chance at defeating the politics of animal “rights”. We are out-funded and out-lawyered and
we get no help from the registries that gladly take
our money with which to pay exorbitant salaries,
perks, and benefits.
There’s
gold in them thar hills but it isn’t being used to
protect our rights or our animals. There’s
something really wrong with this picture. Election
time is right around the corner. You will have
to do your own research, each election cycle,
checking out who voted for what state and federal
legislation (6). Print this and
give it to all your friends and neighbors along with
a list of which politicians DO NOT support “animal
rights”.
How do
you find out who is not a shill for Animal Rights?
Call
your local and state politicians and ask for a quote
on whether they support your Constitutional Right and freedom to own property
without government interference and corruption.
Then ask outright if they take contributions from HSUS, PETA,
or SPCA. They will say they "don't know" but
ask them to get back to you with a yes or no.
Ask them to email you a response and if they
"forget" email or call them back with a reminder.
Develop
a voting list without regard to party affiliation -
share it with friends at the voting booth.
PETA,
HSUS and other animal "rights" groups are buying
politicians faster than you can count the rights you
are losing. This isn't just about animal rights, it is about
your Constitutional Rights and your courage to
protect them.
