Be patient - many photos loading...
photos and captions by Lana Tsan, President China Kennel Club BIS ShowShots
China Project Shenyang
Classes ASAP China Editor's Note: These photos were taken prior to the U.S. tragedy which occurred just before we were scheduled to fly to Bejiing to judge the shows. Tam Cordingley and I cancelled our trip but we were later told by an American traveler that China would have been one of the safest countries because they DO NOT ALLOW ARABS there. Fortunately, we have a rain check from the Chinese government and Lana's associations and we will look forward to the opportunity to travel to China. to judge there, as to assist in their educational projects. We hope you too will help by contributing articles and photos on the two subjects so much needed for the classes in China - Grooming or Handling. Especially needed is instruction on coated breeds, Springers and Cockers, and handling that is somewhat breed-specific. You do not have to be a handler to know how to present your breed and you can pay your dues by helping real dog people in a foreign land. Please send your articles and photos to contact@thedogplace.org and we will publish them on the site so that your experience and know-how can be accessed by people all over the world! You may want to go back and start with the first in the series to learn more about the shows and the educational projects underway in China.
